The Canarian Experience

Discover the true taste of the Canary Islands with our authentic 6-course menu, designed with our award-winning chef Samuel Hernández, including wine from our very own bodega.

Take a tour around our beautiful 70,000 square meter finca, learning about our heritage, soaking up the fresh mountain air and breathtaking views 1.000 meters above sea level.

You will be invited to sample the wines we have produced in our bodega along with some of the island’s finest cheeses. Your experience will end on our comfortable Mirador area where you can relax and enjoy the calming atmosphere and stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean.

Juicy, tender, chicken roasted in vine shoots and bathed in our Canarian marinade. Served with a duo of authentic mojo rojo & mojo verde sauce & salty Canarian potatoes.
